Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 INFINITI Q50. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT HIGH SPEEDS, THE ELECTRONIC GAUGES AND DISPLAYS IN THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY BECAME INOPERABLE AS THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE EMERGENCY SOS BUTTON WOULD NOT OPERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE AND WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2000.
