Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH, THE VEHICLE VIBRATED AS THE ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON FOUR DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FRACTURED VALVE SPRING AND THE ENGINE ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,300 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 57,330.
