Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE ACCELERATING FROM A COMPLETE STOP, THE VEHICLE VIBRATED VIOLENTLY AND EXHIBITED DELAYED ACCELERATION. THE CONTACT HEARD AN EXTREMELY LOUD NOISE OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHENEVER THE VEHICLE WAS IN OPERATION. THE DEALER DETECTED A LEAK IN THE EXHAUST AND STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION FUNCTIONED NORMALLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED.
