Consumer Description

RECEIVED NOTICE OF A RECALL AND CONTACTED THE DEALER TO SCHEDULE REPLACEMENT OF THE LEFT TIE ROD END UNDER RECALL N49/NHTSA 13V-529 AND WAS PUT ON THE LIST FOR THE REPAIR, NOW I HAVE RECEIVED A SECOND NOTICE FOR THE SAME RECALL AND WHEN I CONTACT THE DEALER THEIR RESPONSE IS THEY ARE HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING THE PARTS FROM DODGE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE THE DEALER ALSO STATED THAT THIS IS A PROBLEM THREW OUT THE DEALER NETWORK. NOBODY CAN GET THE TIE ROD END FOR THE LEFT SIDE. THIS SHOULD BE A PRIORITY FOR ALL INVOLVED AND NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED. A VERY SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE! *TR
