Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 JEEP WRANGLER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO SHIFT OUT OF PARK. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE GEAR SHIFT CABLE WAS FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE GEAR SHIFT CABLE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WERE 11,500.
