TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 FORD EXPEDITION. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS BEING SERVICED, HE WAS INFORMED THAT THE SUSPENSION WAS CORRODED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 59,000.
