Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR DRIVER" SIDE BRAKE WAS MAKING A LOUD ABNORMAL SOUND. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE REPLACED THE CALIPERS ON THE SAME WHEEL SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 32,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 55,000. UPDATED 8/19/14*CN UPDATED 08/23/2017*CT
