TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE SHOCKS WERE CORRODED. ADDITIONALLY, THE CONTACT MENTIONED THE VEHICLE WAS BURNING OIL EXCESSIVELY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A MECHANIC HOWEVER, THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
