Consumer Description

SMART KEY WAS IN CAR AND CAR LOCKED ANYWAY FROM DOOR ACTIVATION. CAR ISN'T SUPPOSED TO LOCK IF KEY IS IN CAR. I CALLED DEALERSHIP BUT THEY OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. A SECOND KEY HAD TO BE BROUGHT FROM HOME AND USED TO GAIN ENTRY. FORTUNATELY, NO CHILD OR ANIMAL WAS IN CAR AS WEATHER WAS IN UPPER 70S SO EXCESSIVE HEAT COULD HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM. *TR
