THE HEAD REST/HEAD RESTRAINT IS IN SUCH A POSITION AS TO CAUSE AWFUL NECK ACHE!!! I PUT THE SEATBACK BACKWARD TO GIVE MY HEAD MORE ROOM AND I FEEL LIKE I'M IN A LAWN CHAIR OR LAZY BOY. IF I PUT THE SEATBACK IN UPRIGHT, ALERT, HEALTHY POSITION AND THE ST*&@D HEAD REST MAKES ME LEAN MY HEAD FORWARD AND MAKES MY NECK ACHE! IT'S AWFUL! DID I SAY MY NECK IS STIFF AND ACHES. *TR
