TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD FREESTAR. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED TO WORK. THE FAILURE OCCURRED FOUR TIMES OVER A PERIOD OF TWO MONTHS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT THE SMART JUNCTION BOX NEEDED TO BE REPLACED IN ORDER TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 94,000.
