Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN SERVICING THE VEHICLE, SHE WAS NOTIFIED THAT THE BRAKE BOOSTER, RACK AND PINION AND THE WAVE PLATE FAILED. AS A RESULT, THE TRANSMISSION, BRAKE BOOSTER, AND THE RACK AND PINION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 39,000.
