Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 GMC ACADIA. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS IN RAINY WEATHER, THE CONTACT NOTICED WATER LEAKING FROM THE TOP OF THE VEHICLE AND DASHBOARD. IN ADDITION, WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, THE PEDAL SHOOK VIOLENTLY WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS; HOWEVER, THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS UNDETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
