TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER. THE CONTACT STATED THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FAILED TO WORK. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED ON NONE OF THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS WOULD WORK. THE FAILURE OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY OVER A PERIOD OF SIX YEARS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC; HOWEVER, THE DIAGNOSES WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
