Consumer Description

I RECEIVED THE "N49" RECALL FROM CHRYSLER IN DECEMBER 2013. THE TRUCK WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER IMMEDIATELY, BUT I WAS TOLD THE PARTS WERE ON ORDER AND I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN THE PARTS CAME IN. THE ONLY EMAIL I HAVE EVER GOT WAS STATING THE PARTS WERE ORDERED. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE DEALER WAS A MONTH TO CHECK ON THE PARTS STATUS. THIS HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVE A POSSIBLE SAFETY ISSUE ON A $45K TRUCK! IT DOES NOT APPEAR CHRYSLER IS TOO WORRIED ABOUT THIS SAFETY RECALL. *JS
