Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FUSION HYBRID. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BATTERY BOLT NEEDED TO BE TIGHTENED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 11,005. UPDATED 07/1/2014 *JS
