Consumer Description

I AM EXTREMELY CONCERNED ABOUT THE RECALL ON THE LEFT TIE ROD BALL STUD ON THIS TRUCK. WE RECEIVED THE RECALL NOTICE THE LAST WEEK IN DECEMBER 2013. HOWEVER, IT STATED TO CALL OUR DODGE DEALER STARTING JANUARY 6TH! THIS RECALL COULD CAUSE A LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND/OR CRASH WITHOUT WARNING. WHEN WE CALLED THE DEALER, THEY COULDN'T EVEN FIX THE RECALL BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PARTS AND THERE WAS A WAITING LIST! IT IS THE END OF APRIL AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THIS SERIOUS RECALL TO BE FIXED. SHAME ON YOU CHRYSLER FOR TAKING SO LONG. *TR
