TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA RAV4. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A CRASH WHERE THE AIRBAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE AIR BAGS WERE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 37,230 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 45,000. UPDATED 06/05/14*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE INCIDENT OCCURED ON MARCH 29TH. THE DRIVER WAS EXITING FROMA DRIVE THROUGH AT A BANK, DRIVING 5MPH.
