Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD MAKE A LOUD NOISE FROM THE STEERING WHEEL. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER RECALL NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 12V222000 (STEERING). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE POWER STEERING PUMP WAS LEAKING AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
