Consumer Description

2012 FORD FOCUS. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE "POWER SHIFT" TRANSMISSION STALLING ISSUES. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED SHE WOULD LOOSE POWER WHILE DRIVING, AND A METAL NOISE WAS HEARD, AS THE VEHICLE SHUTTERED AND HESITATED. A DIAGNOSIS REVEALED, THE TRANSMISSION WAS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HOWEVER, THE PARTS WERE ON A 30-DAY BACK ORDER. THE CONSUMER STATED 2 MONTHS HAVE PASSED, AND SHE HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY NOTICE OR COMMUNICATION ADDRESSING THE ISSUE.*JB
