4-6-14 UPON STARTING THE VEHICLE AND SHIFTING INTO DRIVE POSITION, THERE WAS NO AVAILABLE STEERING. AN ALERT MESSAGE "SERVICE ADVANCED TRACK" APPEARED SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO RE-START HAD NO EFFECT VEHICLE TOWED TO LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIR 4-9-14 DEALER ADVISED PROBLEM DIAGNOSED AS A "LOOSE CONNECTION"......PROBLEM SOLVED 4-10-14 AS I WAS DRIVING OUT OF DEALER'S LOT THE STEERING PROBLEM RE-OCCURRED.....I INFORMED DEALER AND LEFT VEHICLE 4-11-14 VEHICLE REMAINS WITH DEALER STONEHAM MOTOR COMPANY 185 MAIN ST STONEHAM MA 02180 781-438-0490
