Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 SATURN ION. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY VEERED OUT OF THE LANE AND CRASHED INTO A CEMENT MEDIAN. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE BUMPER WAS DAMAGED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE DRIVING THE VEHICLE AFTER THE CRASH OCCURRED. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWO TIMES. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR WAS THE VEHICLE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 44,821.
