Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET HHR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND CAUSED THE CONTACT TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO THE SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE NECK AND SHOULDERS. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE NEAREST DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURE WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
