I HAVE A 2004 SATURN VUE WITH AN IGNITION SWITCH THAT ALLOWS THE KEY TO BE REMOVED AT ANY TIME, IN ANY POSITION, WHETHER THE ENGINE IS RUNNING OR NOT. WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING, THE KEY CAN BE REMOVED, CREATING THE POTENTIAL TO NOT BE ABLE TO SHUT OFF THE ENGINE.
