Consumer Description

TOOK MY VEHICLE IN TO HUFFINES CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM PLANO FOR RECALL ON 1/29/14. THEY INSPECTED AND FOUND MY TRUCK NEEDS THE REPAIR. THEY ALLEGEDLY ORDERED THE PART (HAVE INVOICE) AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. I CALLED THEM 2/13, 2/27, 3/5 AND 3/31. THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS. IT HAS BEEN > 60 DAYS AND NO RESPONSE. THEY HAVE 3 CONTACTS NUMBERS AVAILABLE FOR ME AND THEY ALL HAVE VOICE MAIL AND CALLER ID. I USE THIS TRUCK TO PULL A 15,000 POUND TRAILER. DRIVING AROUND WAITING FOR A TIE ROD TO FAIL IS UNACCEPTABLE.
