Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FLEX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE WHEELS INTERMITTENTLY AND INDEPENDENTLY SEIZED. THE CONTACT HAD TO DEPRESS THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL REPEATEDLY TO UNLOCK THE STEERING WHEEL. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE BOTH MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
