TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING UPHILL AND DEPRESSING THE BRAKES, THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACKWARD EXCESSIVELY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO STATED THAT THERE WAS NO DEFECT. THE MANUFACTURE WAS ALERTED OF THE FAILURE AND RECOMMENDED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO ANOTHER DEALER FOR REPAIRS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1500. THE CURRENT VEHICLE MILEAGE WAS 7,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
