Consumer Description
AIR BAG LIGHT CAME ON WHEN VEHICLE WAS STARTED AND DID NOT TURN OFF. DEALER DIAGNOSED IT TO BE A SEAT BELT TENSIONER SWITCH AND REPAIRED IT A COST OF $700.+ LIGHT WENT OUT .6 MONTHS LATER LIGHT CAME AND DEALER DIAGNOSED IT TO BE THE DRIVERS SEAT BELT TENSIONER THIS TIME, COST TO REPAIR $700+. NEEDLESS TO SAY IT HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED. I FEEL THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE FORD NEEDS TO ADDRESS WITH A RECALL OR REIMBURSE OWNERS THIS COST WHICH IS TO HIGH IN MY ESTIMATION. *TR
