CHRYSLER ISSUED A RECALL ON MY VEHICLE IN DECEMBER 2013 BUT AS OF TODAY CANNOT TELL ME WHEN THEY WILL KNOW HOW TO FIX IT. I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS UNREASONABLE. ALSO, THEY HAVE NOT ONCE TOLD ME WHETHER OR NOT IT IS SAFE TO CONTINUE TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE. I BELIEVE AT THIS POINT I SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND ON THIS VEHICLE. *TR
