Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER PURCHASING THE VEHICLE HE NOTICED A CHEMICAL ODOR INSIDE THE VEHICLE THAT LATER BECAME STRONGER. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT HE AND ANOTHER PASSENGER SUFFERED FROM DIZZINESS, NAUSEA AND VOMITING FROM THE ODOR. THE CONTACT RETURNED THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER BECAUSE OF THE DEFECT. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT EMPLOYEES AT THE DEALERSHIP CONFIRMED THE DEFECT WAS PRESENT IN THE VEHICLE AND INDICATED THAT THE REPLACEMENT PARTS WERE ORDERED TO CORRECT THE DEFECT. THE CONTACT WAS NOT INFORMED WHAT PARTS WOULD BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1000.
