Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 TOYOTA SEQUOIA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR TRUNK EXTERIOR LATCH FAILED, MAKING THE DOOR INOPERABLE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER, WHO STATED THAT THE LATCH WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURE WAS MADE AWARE OF THE VEHICLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,000.
