Consumer Description

THE REAR RIGHT EXTERIOR LIGHT BURNED OUT. THERE ARE SUPPOSEDLY LED LIGHTS. DEALER NOTIFIED ME THAT THE COST OF THE PART WAS APPROXIMATELY $450.00 AND THAT DID NOT INCLUDE LABOR. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND FORD REFUSES TO PAY ANYTHING. THIS CAR IS A 2010 MERCURY MILAN. IT IS MY FIRST FORD PRODUCT. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL TOYOTA DRIVER BEFORE THEIR BUT WANTED TO BUY AN AMERICAN CAR. THIS IS AFTER THE THROTTLE BODY HAD TO BE REPLACED. HOW CAN THEY JUSTIFY THIS? *TR
