Consumer Description

2012 DODGE RAM 3500. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO GEAR BOX PROBLEMS. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED AFTER THE GEAR BOX WAS REPLACED, THE VEHICLE OPERATED EVEN WORSE. THE DEALER REPLACED THE GEAR BOX THREE TIMES. THE GEAR BOXES THE DEALER ORDERED, WERE LOOSE ON THE INSIDE AND HAD SO MUCH PLAY, THE VEHICLE COULD BARELY BE DRIVEN. THE CONSUMER ALSO RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE, REGARDING THE TIE ROD. HOWEVER, THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE, AND THE CONSUMER WAS PLACED ON A LIST. *JB
