Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 VOLKSWAGEN EOS. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH THE SUNROOF FRACTURED INTO SMALL PIECES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENTIRE GLASS SUNROOF NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,900.
