Consumer Description

MY CAR'S TRANSMISSION IS LIKELY GOING OUT. WAS DRIVING UP MY DRIVEWAY AND WAS STUCK FOR 15 MINUTES WITH THE CAR HALF IN THE DRIVEWAY AND HALF ON STREET. TRIED REVERSE, FORWARD...BUT NOTHING. CAR HAS BEEN SITTING SINCE 12/20. I DID A VEHICLE HEALTH REPORT THRU MY SYNC AND IT CLAIMS EVERYTHING IS "GOOD" BUT YET THE ENGINE LIGHT IS ON! NO SURE WHERE TO TURN OR WHAT TO DO NEXT. EXTREMELY DISCOURAGED AND DISAPPOINTED. THOUGHT FORD FINALLY HAD THEIR ACT TOGETHER! *TR
