Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHEVROLET CORVETTE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ENTERING THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR, SHE NOTICED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL AIR BAG COVER WAS MELTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
