Consumer Description

TL- THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET CRUZ. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR SEAT BELT BUCKLE HOUSING FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY, AND IT COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE WAS 34,000. RK
