Consumer Description

I'M FILING A COMPLAINT AS TO HOW SOME DEALERS ARE NOT TAKING THE RECALL SERIOUSLY THAT WAS ISSUED FOR THE DODGE RAM TRUCKS. THE DEALERSHIP IN PARTICULAR WAS HAYES CHRYSLER IN DULUTH GA. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ([XXX]) WAS RUDE AND PUT THE REPAIR OFF FOR AN ADDITIONAL MONTH FROM TODAY'S DATE. IF THE RECALL IS SERIOUS ENOUGH TO BE ISSUED THEN THE DEALERSHIPS SHOULD MAKE AN EFFORT TO TAKE CARE OF THE SAFETY ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND AT LEAST SHOW SOME PROFESSIONALISM, RATHER THAN SHOWING THE CUSTOMER THEY DON'T WANT OR CARE TO COMPLETE THE WORK.
