Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS, WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND THE TAIL LIGHTS WOULD ENGAGE INDEPENDENTLY AND SPORADICALLY. IN ADDITION, THE SPEEDOMETER AND THE TURNING SIGNALS FAILED TO OPERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ON THREE OCCASIONS BUT THE FAILURE WAS NOT RECTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 6,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 25,000. ..UPDATED 12-30-13 *BF UPDATED 1/17/2014 *JS
