TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 MERCURY MILAN. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE TRAVELING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY LOST ACCELERATION POWER THEN IT STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THE THROTTLE BODY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS BEING REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED ABOUT THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 60,000.
