Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH THE TRANSMISSION STALLED WITH THE ILLUMINATION OF THE WARNING INDICATOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSIS. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 78,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
