Consumer Description

I GOT IN THE TRUCK THIS MORNING AND LEFT THE HOUSE, TURNED ON REAR DEFROSTER, AND ABOUT 3 MINUTES LATER I HEARD A LOUD "POP"! I STOPPED AND LOOKED AROUND BUT DIDN'T FIND ANY SINCE IT WAS STILL DARK OUT BUT ONCE THE SUN CAME OUT I SAW MY REAR PASSENGER WINDOW, RIGHT ABOVE MY DAUGHTER'S CHILD SEAT WAS SHATTERED. LUCKILY SHE WAS NOT IN THERE. I HAVE SPOKE WITH DEALERSHIP AND THEY HAVE DENIED ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THIS HAPPENING, BUT A SIMPLE SEARCH HERE AND ON THE FORD FORUMS SHOW PLENTY OF CONSUMERS HAVING THIS PROBLEM.
