TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HONDA PILOT. THE VEHICLE WAS BEING SERVICED FOR REGULAR MAINTENANCE WHEN THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE BUSHINGS WERE DEFECTIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY REPLACING THE BUSHINGS. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED ANY ISSUES BECAUSE OF THE DEFECT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,500.
