Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR TIRES VALVE STEM WERE LOCATED INSIDE THE WHEEL THEREFORE, THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO ADD AIR TO THE REAR PASSENGER AND DRIVER'S TIRES. THE DEALER ADVISED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER AND DRIVER'S SIDE TIRES NEEDED TO BE REMOVED IN ORDER TO CHECK THE TIRE PRESSURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FLAT TIRES WERE REPLACED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,500 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 10,000.
