Consumer Description

WHILE COMMUTING ONE SUMMER MORNING, MY VEHICLES A/C WENT FROM BLOWING COLD TO HOT AIR INSTANTANEOUS. I THEN WENT WITHOUT A/C FOR A PERIOD OF TWO WEEKS, LUCKILY I WAS ON TDY AND DID NOT HAVE MY YOUNG CHILDREN. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID A ROCK PUNCTURED THE A/C CONDENSER. TOYOTA HAS ISSUED A TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN(AC002-06), INDICATING THAT THE A/C CONDENSER IS NOT PROPERLY PROTECTED. *TR
