THE DOOR LOCK ON THE DRIVER REAR DOOR FAILED TO OPEN. THEY LOCK BUT DON'T OPEN. THIS IS A SEVERE SAFETY HAZARD BECAUSE THE LOCKS ARE AT THE BACK/REAR OF THE CAR AND CANNOT BE ACCESSED FROM THE FRONT. .I CANNOT ENTER AND REMOVE MY GRANDCHILDREN FROM THERE CAR SEATS IN AN EMERGENCY LIKE A CAR FIRE AND CAR ACCIDENT WHERE THEY ARE STILL IN THE ROAD. *TR
