Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 BMW 328I. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER BUT THE DEALER WAS NOT ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES OVER THE COURSE OF THREE YEARS. THE VEHICLE WAS REPEATEDLY TAKEN TO DEALERS FOR DIAGNOSTICS AND DURING THAT TIME, THE BATTERY, FUEL PUMP, AIR FLOW SENSOR, TWO CAM SENSORS, CRANK SENSOR, ECU AND HARNESSES WERE ALL REPLACED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
