TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD EXPLORER. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V270000 (LOCKS/LATCHES AND STATED THAT THE DEALER INFORMED HER IT WOULD TAKE A WEEK TO RECEIVE THE PARTS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
