Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN PARK, THE CONTACT ACTIVATED THE REMOTE STARTING SYSTEM. THE VEHICLE THEN ACCELERATED AND CRASHED INTO A POLE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND FILED A COMPLAINT. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT AN INVESTIGATOR WOULD CONTACT HIM BUT THE CONTACT HAD NOT HEARD FROM THE INVESTIGATOR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,500. UPDATED 09/24/2013 *JS
