I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FROM CHRYSLER FOR REPLACEMENT OF AN "UNDERBODY TRANSMISSION SHIELD". I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE (DODGE NITRO) TO ALLEN SAMUELS DODGE IN HOUSTON. AFTER MY VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED, THE SERVICE ADVISOR ([XXX]) INFORMED ME THAT THEY WOULD ORDER THE PART FOR MY VEHICLE BUT IT WOULD TAKE 2 AND 1/2 MONTHS BEFORE THE PART WOULD ARRIVE AT THEIR DEALERSHIP. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I BELIEVE THE ADVISOR WAS ATTEMPTING TO DISCOURAGE ME FROM HAVING THE REPAIR DONE (SINCE THIS IS A REPAIR WHICH THEY WILL NOT RECEIVE PAYMENT/COMMISSION).
